Fraser is a vibrant, inclusive neighbourhood where there is a very clear community focus. The demographic of this neighbourhood tends to be transitioning to young family focused, along with the classic eclectic, multicultural vibe.

This area has many great parks, and is a quick walk to Main Street, and the award-winning restaurants along Kingsway such as Les Faux Bourgeois and Savio Volpe. You will often see people socializing in the parks throughout the day and into the evenings, which lends to the strong community identity that is found here.
